Three jurors were coerced into changing their votes. They were told that the judge would NOT allow a hung jury and they had to change their vote. Later when they found out differently they sought to change their votes. The defense attorney asked for a mis-trial, which obviously it was, and the judge refused.
This case has stunk since day one. The judge, Johnny Sutton, and Debra Kanof all need to go to jail.
What kind of country have we become when two innocent men languish in jail while crooked attorneys and judges go free? This has happened in full view of the American people and the Congress of the United States and nothing gets done.
Our justice system is seriously broken. We don%26#039;t need comprehensive immigration reform we need comprehensive judicial reform.
