Other Replys:You can upload by ftp or by file manager. Usually your hosting provider give you account detail for using ftp (username, password, host, etc). If you want to use file manager, you need to login first to control panel (administration page).

You need to upload your file under the folder name public_html or www. If you not sure, read FAQ of your free host provider.
