I am looking for a service similar to videoegg - where I can get a video player, hosting, but most importantly I want my users to be able to upload directly on my site - instead of having to upload somewhere else - i.e videoegg - (i don%26#039;t have enough uniques for videoegg - but I want this type of service)

Youtube sucks. Go to Veoh. Other people can download the videos you upload. And they don%26#039;t remove uploaded TV shows and movies there :D
