I want to know that from whom the ISPs and Web Hosting companies buy IPs from to connect to the Internet. I mean where is that organization???

I think you mean a domain for web hosters, not IP, unless you mean Intellectual properties, which makes no sense, lol. And an ISP often connects you to their own, in house network. If that%26#039;s not the case, then the ISP is either co-owned, or they pay a lease agreement to use the network structure in the area from the company that owns it.
